Thanks so much for your kind comments. By the way, I absolutely love this piece.
Hi ... got your comment about the Koi painting, I'm working on two more right now...I guess you'll see them turn up regulary. I think I've posted 170 Koi paintings thus far.
Who is this instructor your going to work with?
Shanti Marie
Such a wide range of genre and mediums!
Have a great time at your workshop.. :)
Thanks for dropping by my site!
It certainly looks like stained glass inspired by autumn leaves. Nice painting.
Lovely work, Sylvia. Enjoy your workshop!

Oh Sylvia I'm not ready for fall yet because I don't want winter! But I must say this is a very friendly fall painting :) Have fun in Calgary!- Erika
I love your style, Beee-u-tiful! Thanks for your nice comment on my blog! :o) Be back soon. :o) Amy
not surprise you couldn't help your self sylvia, this autumn painting says it all
Thanks Janelle, Shanti, Marian, Lisa and Bill, Fay, Erika, Amy, and Rob...for your very kind words... Autumn is such a beautiful colouful season...
As far as I can see you use a single piece of glass and use stainded glass lead around it and paint the glass. Am I right?
It was very interesting to have you drop by. Due to lack of workspace I have not worked with cutting and leading glass the last year but seeing your work definately is a nudge to get that work place ready. I have 3 cats so due to glass splinters I need a protected place. Do you also do tiffany glass work?
I find it intersting to see that other painters also work in different mediums.
By the way, you name is so 100% Nowegian looking. Are you Norwegian or of Norwegian decent?
Thanks for stopping by Trine... the amazing thing about my stained glass work is I don't use any glass... and yes my husband's family is norweigian....
Love your stained glass pieces Sylvia. Thanks for stopping by by and commenting on my "fall colours".
